Reporting to the Disability Manager, the Occupational Health LVN, promotes the health and safety of employees while helping reduce the cost associated with occupational illness and injury. Provides clinical backup and expertise when assessing injuries and interacting with employees, physicians and the hospitalï¿½s TPA. The OH LVN is primarily accountable for a variety of clerical duties to ensure accurate record keeping for employee and occupational health operations. Responsible for setting up, filing and maintaining employee records. Enters data into appropriate databases. Assists in the return to work process for leaves of absence and explains applicable forms and obtains supporting documentation. Administers DMCï¿½s vaccine and TB testing programs, monitoring program adherence and reporting variations to applicable parties. Performs other duties as assigned.
