| Position Summary:
Performs duties as requested by Plant Operations management team or facility Senior Management. Performs complete diagnosis of systems, manages diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties for the following areas: - Heating
- Ventilation
- Air conditioning
- Refrigeration
- Related Control Systems and BMS system
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED Certificate
Preferred: Electrical, plumbing or HVAC Mechanic Certification
EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) to five (5) years experience as a HVAC mechanic required. Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Must have experience working on any size DX or refrigeration equipment.
REQUIRED:
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:
EPA Type IV Universal Recovery Certification preferred, Recovery certification required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
General mechanical ability required.
