Overview

St. Luke's Health System in Meridian is seeking a Clinical Quality Improvement RN to join our Home Health team.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains programs designed to assess and improve the quality and safety of patient care.
• Collaborates with clinical stakeholders to meet internal and external quality standards.
• Manages the collection, evaluation, and reporting of clinical outcomes to identified stakeholders.
• Confirms that policies and procedures are in compliance with state, federal, and regulatory agencie's standards.
• Prepare reports and assist with clinical research reporting as needed.
• Collaborates with patient coordinators to educate practitioners about quality and safety metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Examine existing processes, policies, and procedures to reveal improvement opportunities.
• Conducts regular safety and sanitation rounds. Prepares and presents analysis and recommendations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from a nursing program
• Experience: 3 years of RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice
