Are you an experienced healthcare recruiter looking for your next challenge? The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening management positions within the organization, managing team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, and assisting in the development of recruitment programs to attract applicants and promote the employment brand.

Hybrid role with access to Southfield, MI corporate office

Responsibilities

 Works with operations and Nursing Home Administrators to determine key vacancies at each facility.  Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates for facility leadership positions.

  Screens and Refers top candidates to regional directors and facility management.

 Participate in regional and facility meetings as needed.

Performs sourcing activities for management roles including social media, internet and data base mining; establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges, training programs and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events.

Contributes to job postings and creates ad campaigns through ATS.

Leads team of Talent Acquisition Specialists for line staff roles. Develop and Implement training plan for new TA Team members joining the team. Monitor and coach performance of TA Specialists

 Reviews Applicant Tracking system functionality providing input for updates and new functions as needed.

 Provides recommendation on budgetary spend on recruitment advertisement and hiring events in consultation with Talent Acquisition Director and recruiters.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related recruiting experience
• Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with executives, management, as well as members of other organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related, preferred
• PHR or SPHR preferred
