Responsibilities
The Physicians Experience Intern will support two key divisions within the Physician Enterprise Department- Physician Recruitment and Onboarding. The intern's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop Content for internal sites (may include, video, testimonial, etc.)
Source Potential Candidates
Planning Recruitment Events
Develop ways to improve the physician experience and onboarding process
Assist in identifying ways to strengthen diverse pipeline of Physicians and APCs
Qualifications
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
Be in good academic standing
US Citizen or permanent resident
Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel)
Strong communication skills
Must be a self-starter
Highly Organized
