Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Credentialing Specialist II for the Revenue department at Atlantic Medical Group in Morristown, NJ.
The Credentialing Specialist II compiles and maintains physician credentials necessary to ensure initial credentialing enrollment and re-credentialing in Managed Care Plans, Medicare and Medicaid.
Maintains confidentiality of provider information.
Responsibilities include submission of managed care payer, Medicare and Medicaid applications and monitor/track applications through the payer credentialing process.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum four years of credentialing experience preferred.
Highly Organized with excellent time management and problem solving skills
Ability to organize, prioritize work and manage multiple priorities
Must be self-motivated and work collaboratively as well as independently fast pace environment
Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills -Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word skill required.
Knowledge of payer credentialing enrollment process.
Working knowledge of CAQH and Echo is preferred.
