SALARY:
$95,000 - $119,000+ per year depending on rank. The posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities
Program Development: Develop and design IPE curriculum and activities that promote collaboration, communication, and teamwork among healthcare professionals.
Collaboration: Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and practitioners from various healthcare disciplines to integrate IPE into existing programs and initiatives.
Faculty Development: Provide training and support to faculty members to facilitate effective IPE experiences and promote a culture of collaboration.
Student Engagement: Engage students from different healthcare disciplines in interprofessional learning activities, such as simulations, case studies, and collaborative projects.
Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of IPE programs and make data-driven improvements.
Research: Conduct research on IPE best practices, outcomes, and innovations to contribute to the advancement of the field.
Advocacy and Leadership: Serve as an advocate for IPE within the organization and in the broader healthcare community and provide leadership in promoting its importance and value.
Community Engagement: Collaborate with external partners, such as healthcare organizations, community agencies, and professional associations, to expand opportunities for interprofessional education and practice.
Qualifications
Assist administration, faculty and staff with special projects as needed.
